locally or nationally-known landmarks.

Such work demands efficient planning, effective design and sympathetic execution,
so inspections, investigations and surveying are carried out in conjunction with
architects and surveyors. Our major contribution to contracts is economically
accessing and inspecting high and awkward locations without inconveniencing
clients, services or operations. We also report, log and record the conditions
encountered.

Typically, photographic, video and CCTV, non-destructive testing of any
materials, core sampling, metallic and corrosion analysis, and bills of quantities
for works can also be assessed.
